Keystone completely renovated and redeveloped this historic, seven-story downtown building in 2004. The redevelopment included the construction of condominiums on the top three floors, retail space on the first three floors, and a heated underground parking garage.

Keystone was able to sustain the historical integrity of Six Over Meridian by transforming the existing basement into an underground heated parking garage.
