Grand Park District

WESTFIELD, IN

The Grand Park District is an expansion of the existing Grand Park sports complex and events center in Westfield, Indiana set to transform the entire community. The Grand Park District Plan calls for a 10,000-seat stadium, mixed-use development with apartments, full-service hotel, restaurants, retail and other sports and entertainment facilities. Westfield’s goal for the Grand Park District is to create a year-round attraction for visitors, athletes, and residents, connecting the park to the surrounding community in an elevated urban environment.

Keystone is the development partner of the City of Westfield for the project extending from the Grand Park Events Center to 186th Street.
