Keystone was selected by Butler University to develop and build this new six-story multi-purpose shopping center and parking facility located between Clowes Memorial Hall and Hinkle Fieldhouse along Sunset Avenue.

It includes 1,035 parking spaces and ground-level retail and restaurant tenants.
