Keystone Nears Completion of New Mixed-Use Development on Indy’s Near Southside

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Keystone Realty Group, is nearing competition on their latest mixed-use development, Madison Apartments and Shoppes. Located just south of downtown on Madison Avenue, the development offers 19 one-bedroom housing units ranging from 583 to 725 square feet located on the second and third floors and roughly 5,300 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. Keystone served as the developer and construction manager of this 20,700 square-foot facility immediately north of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. The 3-story building will help provide a much needed residential and retail boost to the surrounding area.
