KEYSTONE CONSTRUCTION AWARDED BROTHER’S BAR AND GRILL IN BROADRIPPLE

Indianapolis, Indiana – Keystone Construction has been awarded the contract to build Brothers Bar & Grill at 910 Broad Ripple Ave, the space currently occupied by Bardach Awards. It is scheduled to open later this year.

Brothers Bar and Grill was founded in 1990 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin and has since expanded to 17 locations in eight Midwestern states. Brothers will occupy 7,071 SF. Construction will begin mid-July and end this fall. Rottmann Architects designed the space (Cory published renderings last week in his blog).

Founded in 1997 Keystone’s services include general contraction, construction management and design-build construction. Keystone Construction currently has 41 full time employees. Keystone also owns and manages several signature buildings downtown including the Majestic, Six Over Meridian condominiums and Madison Plaza.
