Keystone makes ‘Best Places to Work in Indiana’ list
KEYSTONE CONSTRUCTION MAKES CHAMBER OF COMMERCE’S “BEST PLACES TO WORK IN INDIANA” LIST
March 4, 2008 (Indianapolis) – Keystone Construction is making waves in Indianapolis as a company on the rise. Founded in 1997 Keystone began as general contractors and later evolved into construction management as well as design-build construction. Presently Keystone‘s most significant project involves the construction of high rise luxury condominiums located in the heart of downtown on Massachusetts Avenue. In addition to this project Keystone has several new plans in the works including University Shoppes on the near south side and Old Meridian in Carmel. Both are mixed use retail developments totaling 100,000 square feet. Besides the construction side of the business, Keystone also owns and manages several signature buildings downtown including the Majestic, Six Over Meridian condominiums and Madison Plaza. Keystone Construction currently has 25 full time employees and boasts their own in-house architects, known as Rottmann Architects.
Located on the top floor of the Majestic building the company’s contemporary office has a buzzing energy and an incredible view. Employees at Keystone Construction agree that working for this company feels more like a family atmosphere rather than a work environment. Although the construction industry can be fast paced and stressful at times they say the mood in the office is always friendly and cheerful. New employee, Greg Martz, commented saying that everyone seems to always be in a good mood. This is probably due to the fact that Keystone’s business is booming and employees feel the excitement of working for a company that is quickly becoming one with great promise.
With Keystone Construction expanding towards more property development and real estate, business is rapidly growing for this emerging company.
