KEYSTONE CONSTRUCTION AWARDED SECOND PLACE FROM NAIOP FOR BEST OFFICE PROJECT

Indianapolis, Indiana -Keystone Construction has been awarded second place in NAIOP’s, ‘Best Office Project.’ The building awarded was newly renovated Madison Plaza located at 1200 S. Madison Avenue. The building showed high achievement in suitability, aesthetics, functionality, design creativity, site selection, response to complexity, economic contribution to community and positive impact to the surrounding development or community. Designed by Rottmann Architects, this building has brought new life to a near Southside community.

Founded in 1997 Keystone’s services include general contraction, construction management and design-build construction.Keystone Construction currently has 41 full time employees. Keystone also owns and manages several signature buildings downtown including the Majestic, Six Over Meridian condominiums, Madison Plaza and University Shoppes.
