Eleven Park

Eleven Park is the transformational riverfront neighborhood development set to change the southwest quadrant of downtown Indianapolis. Anchored by a 20,000-seat multipurpose stadium that will be the new permanent home of Indy Eleven, the development will also include over 600 apartments; 205,000 square feet of office space; over 197,000 square feet for retail space and restaurants; a hotel; public plazas with green space; and public parking garages.

Eleven Park will activate the riverfront area and provide walkable connectivity to major venues and corporations downtown through the Henry Street Bridge and Cultural Trail.  This is more than a stadium, it is the opportunity to create a vibrant community that will attract individuals and families from near and far to live, work, and play – improving quality of place far beyond gameday.
