KEYSTONE CONSTRUCTION NEARS COMPLETION OF UNIVERSITY SHOPPES

Indianapolis, Indiana – Keystone Construction is nearing completion of the retail development located on the corner of Hanna and Madison Avenues just blocks away from the University of Indianapolis. Known as University Shoppes, this 40,000 square foot property was once home to a Lo Bills grocery store. The building renovation is designed to accommodate up to fifteen new shops or restaurants. Keystone had revitalization and community improvement in mind when they purchased the property back in 2007. “The Cultured Stone and color accented exterior will enhance the aesthetics of this busy south side intersection. We are targeting a mix of tenants that will service not only the University students and faculty, but the vibrant University Heights community as well,” said Director of Leasing, Ryan Menard. The completion date is set for November 2008.
